Shipping Policy

Buy more from our Store or at Auctions and consolidate multiply items to save on shipping.

 

  • Shipping based on total weight of all items. Some items might be difficult to combine and we will notify you in such case prior to shipping.

  • Insurance optional, but highly recommended. You can request adding insurance.

  • Items shipped within 1-2 days from payment via USPS or FedEx

  • If payment falls on weekends or holiday, items will be shipped next business day.

  • Confirmation with tracking number will be emailed as soon as item shipped.

60 days Warranty

We hope you'll be happy with your order. However, if you are not satisfied, we will exchange the item(s) or refund your money within 90 days of receipt of your package. Please recognize that this is used part, therefore, it could have some typical signs of wear (refer to Item's Description). Our warranty does not cover appearance of the item. Only mechanical and electrical parts of the item are covered.

USA Customers

Full Refund or Exchange at our expense if:
1) Item arrived damaged or does not function properly
2) Shipping department mistakenly sent Wrong Inventory
CONTACT US BEFORE SENDING ITEM BACK

Partial Refund or Exchange at your expense if:
1) You made mistake and bought incompatible item based on your assumption or incorrect information from other sources rather then our description (Example: Bose, Infinity, Premium, etc. system instead of base sound. Model and year not mentioned in description - many models look alike on outside, but have none-compatible electrics inside or different functions)
2) Not satisfied with your order for any reason other that item being damaged
3) No longer need the item
CONTACT US BEFORE SENDING ITEM BACK. IF EXCHANGE DESIRED - YOU WILL HAVE TO SEND BACK THE ORIGINAL ITEM AND PAY FOR SECOND SHIPPING. IF REFUND DESIRED - YOU WILL HAVE TO SEND BACK THE ORIGINAL ITEM. PARTIAL REFUND CALCULATION = Purchase Price - Shipping - Auction Fee (if applicable)

 

NOTE: if Free Shipping was offered during Auction and you purchased item with Free Shipping, we will deduct actuall shipping paid by us from total.
Example: Purchased Price was $50 which included Free Shipping. If refund desired for any reason other then item being demaged, we will deduct actual shipping paid by us, let's say $10.65 You will get refund $50-$10.65=$39.35


International Customers

Due to high International shipping rates only purchase price is refundable. Shipping is not refundable. Please assume the possibility of loosing money on shipping. Do not buy if you disagree. There will be no acceptations.
