- Player is Bench Tested at our shop and found to be in excellent working order.
As usual, your purchase is covered with our 60 days warranty. If you discover that player is not working properly or arrived damaged - let us know ASAP and we'll gladly replace it, fix it or refund your money.

60 days Warranty
We hope you'll be happy with your order. However, if you are not
satisfied, we will exchange the item(s) or refund your money within 60
days of receipt of your package. Please recognize that this is used
part, therefore, it will have some typical signs of wear (refer to
Item's Description). Our warranty does not cover appearance of the
item. Only mechanical and electrical parts of the item are covered.
USA Customers
Full Refund or Exchange at our expense if:
1) Item arrived damaged or does not function properly
2) Shipping department mistakenly sent Wrong Inventory
CONTACT US BEFORE SENDING ITEM BACK
Purchase Price Refund (minus shipping) or Exchange (you pay return and new shipping) if:
1) You made mistake and bought incompatible item based on your
assumption or incorrect information from other sources rather then our
description (Example: bought Bose sound system player instead of Infinity or Premium sound model instead of
base model or model with incompatible Mounting Brackets, wrong size, incorrect plugs, etc.) Remember - design of many models
look alike on outside, but have none-compatible components inside or
different functions or plugs, etc.)
2) Not satisfied with your order for any reason other that item being
damaged
3) No longer need the item
CONTACT US BEFORE SENDING ITEM BACK. IF EXCHANGE DESIRED - YOU WILL
HAVE TO SEND BACK THE ORIGINAL ITEM AND PAY FOR SECOND SHIPPING. IF
REFUND DESIRED - YOU WILL HAVE TO SEND BACK THE ORIGINAL ITEM. PARTIAL
REFUND CALCULATION = Purchase Price - Shipping - Auction Fee (if
applicable)
NOTE:
if Free Shipping was offered during Auction and you purchased item with
Free Shipping, we will deduct actuall shipping paid by us from total.
Example: Purchased Price was $50 which included Free Shipping. If
refund desired for any reason other then item being demaged, we will
deduct actual shipping paid by us, let's say $10.65 You will get refund
$50 - $10.65 = $39.35
International Customers
Due to high International shipping rates only purchase price is
refundable. Shipping is not refundable. Please assume the possibility
of loosing money on shipping. Do not buy if you disagree. There will be
no acceptations.
